Flourescence...

Under ultra-violet light diamonds may flouresce, graded in JCC diamond reports by the hugh emitted: none, faint, medium and strong blue.

Diamonds with strong blue flourescence, appear to be milky to the naked eye in sunlight, however none to medium flourescence has no diminishing effect to the diamond in question

 

 

A certificate from the Jewellery Certification Centre...

A certificate from the Jewellery Certification Centre, gaurantees that the diamond(s) described are natural, and have not been subjected to colour or clarity enhancement. The certificate will also contain details of the following characteristics... carat, colour, clarity, cut, symmetry and flourescence.
